Vodka Martini with a Twist

Ingredients:

50 ml vodka. Try Grey Goose
10 ml vermouth. Try Noilly Prat
ice — cubed
a twist of lemon (use a peeler)

How to make it:

Fill your Martini glass with ice to chill.
Pour the vodka and the chilled vermouth into a cocktail shaker.
Add the ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Empty your glass of ice and pour in the drink through a strainer.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
